Ensure the health and safety of themselves and of any person who may
be affected by their acts or omissions at work. Ultimate responsibility for Health and Safety within the company lies with the Managing Director, who will ensure adequate resources are available to achieve aims of this policy and monitor its effectiveness. Responsibility for implementation of specific arrangements forming part of this policy is delegated to Heads of Department. This policy will be reviewed and updated as necessary to reflect any changes in the office activities and legislative requirements.
